Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex-husband in VA had 30 days after the divorce to transfer retirement assets. (It's been 35 days, and I have documentation he's playing around, trying to coerce me with this money). Now we have a hearing on December 3rd in VA (Fairfax County) to move the child custody issues to my state (KY); can I file contempt charges alongside that court hearing?

Yes, but you should have an attorney do this. People without attorneys do not always do well in our courts.
