Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Re: Ex-Husband's Obligations?

''About your only option, apparently,

under these facts, would be to file a

motion to reopen your divorce

followed by a motion to show cause

(as to why your former husband

should not be found in contempt of

court and appropriately sanctioned).''

But I can't locate him...no address to

serve him with anything. Also, I don't

know where he works (other than as

a driver for a car service of some

kind, where he gets paid ''off the

books'' in cash). All I do know is his

SS#.

''Then, obviously, you can do nothing

regarding my suggestion until you

have this information.''

Is there any way I can use his SS#

to track him down?

If you can not locate him on your own, you might find a private detective agency to help you.
