Extracurricular Activities

If my child is at the other parents house for uninterrupted vacation, can I still attend the basketball games and practices that I enrolled the child in since the other parent is not willing to pay for such activities?

Re: Extracurricular Activities

Generally, each parent is entitled to attend a child's activities unless a court order states otherwise. To the extent that you can observe an activity (like a basketball game) without interrupting the other parent's time, it would likely be fine. However, if you are concerned from a practical sense that your attendance by itself would create an issue, you might consider forgoing attending during vacation time.
