Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Ex-Wife Accessing Financial Records

I am legally divorced as of July 2007. My ex-wife is using my SSN and other personal information to access financial accounts on-line. Most recently, she changed the log-in information and profile on my mortgage account. Is there a legal means to prevent this? Can she be charged with identity fraud or harassment?
