My Ex-wife Continues Using Mrs. MyLastName

I am divorced for 8 years. My former wife continues to use ''Mrs. MyLastName'', and that upsets my present wife greatly who then upsets me. Is this harassment, impersonation, or what? Can something be done to force my ex-wife to drop the Mrs. from her name?

You should arrange for a consultation with the attorney who represented you in the divorce action

(or another lawyer if that one is unavailable)to

discuss this situation and any action which might be appropriate. ( A well written cease and desist

demand letter from an attorney may be all that is necessary to put a stop to it.)
