Is my ex-wife still entitled to a portion of my fed. govt. retirement even though she is re-married?

No, not likely unless you somehow agreed to this arrangement
in your PSA (Property Settlement Agreement) which was then
incorporated into your divorce decree.

The answer depends on the facts. If she was given a share of your retirement payments in the divorce proceedings, her remarriage after reaching the age of 55 will not defeat her right to the payments.
