Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex-wife has failed to transfer half of her IRA and other accounts in accordance with our divorce agreement. The divorce was finalized back in June. I feel like I am loosing interest on the money and she is gaining interest on money that is mine. Do I need to contact a lawyer to straighten this out or is there another route to take?

Have the lawyer who hopefully represented you in your divorce file the

necessary paperwork to have your former spouse brought back to court on what's called a Rule to Show Cause (as to why she should not be found in contempt and subject to appropriate sanctions).
