failed drug test at custody hearing
I need to know if home drug screens given to me by my mother with a notarized paper stating results of the tests will stand up in court at our review hearing?

Not too likely, unless such tests were specifically approved by the court as part of the conditions of your presumed probationary status (and before they were administered and offered as evidence)in your case review.
