Failure to take a drug test and pay child insurance
custody order states drug test of the requestors discretion can be requested and party will adhere to request within 24 hours. parents are to pay $60 each every month for child insurance. Father stopped paying insurance on time and then not at all for about 3 months now. Mother requested 2 drug tests with 24 hour turnaround. Father no show. Request was done in writing and first request hand delivered to father, second put request on all home doors (which was 3 doors) Third request was from dec12 to court date of jan 23 sent via mail with delivery confirmation. Copies of all requests, failure to appear from doctors office, and delivery confirmation was given to fathers lawyer and the courts to put on file. Mother gave father address, tele #, office hours, and map of doctors office which was 25 minutes away. (this facility did hair test). Mother has now filed a show cause for insurance and failure to take drug test and amendant to custody order. it was shared 50/50. mother now wants full custody
