falsifing a divorce paper

If there were more than one kid born to a marriage then is it legal to leave the second child out of the divorce but that child still have the last name of the father and the child's birth certifactite has this person as the father.

If a second child was omitted from the final decree of divorce, the decree should be amended to

reflect whatever rights and responsibilites may accrue to the various parties involved in the divorce due to this second child(not to mention

the child's own).

The fact that the child may have been omitted from the final decree in no way invalidates the

way the child is named on the birth certificate

nor abrogates his right to be known by his father's surname.
