The judge ordered my ex husband to pay me over $5,000 but he has the next 5 years to pay. He has started a new job and I can't locate him. If I have his social security number, how do I locate him?

Easiest thing to do is to register with Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement. They will use SSN to find him and garnish his wages.
