is a 401k distribution for my personal business figured in a recalculation of child support? in other words, is it considered workable income and is she entitled to that money?

Probaly not, but it would be advisable for you to consult a Virginia attorney who is familiar with the Virginia Child Support Guidelines

to make sure (in my opinion).
