Unmarried, been cohabitating for over 20 years with the same man. What are my rights? We have 1 child together. He has 3 older children.

Your "rights" in this particular situation are probably limited to those involving your child, any real property which you may jointly co-own with your co-habitor(meaning you name is on the deed), any accounts which you may jointly have with this individual, and any items of personal property which belong soley to you or which you may jointly own with this person.
