family law+child custody+appeal

I have an appeal trial tomorrow. Based on circumstantial evidence and hearsay, my 5 children were taken from me (for supposed child neglect and abuse, alcohol abuse, mental instability, and domestic violence -- all proven unfounded). I got 4 back after ''due process''. I'm working on the last one. My biggest concerns for the case is 1) dad makes 6 figures (my new family is considered low-income) & 2) the last child I'm fighting for is biracial (the other 4 are white, and we live in the ''country''). Any suggestions of what to do?
