Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

family/ legal gaurdianship.. need help asap!!

im being deprived of my own education. my mother is all the way in somalia and is refusing to sign legal gaurdianship papers my for my uncle. because of that i can't start school here. she wants me to come back to her in somalia. i dnt want to im american i have my rights and i want to get my highschool diploma here... what can i do? please help

Your uncle himself can file in your local Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court for your guardianship and, after your mother is given proper notice of the pending case, a hearing can be held in the case to determine whether your uncle should be awarded guardianship of your person, whether your mother agrees or not.
