Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

family

for the past 9 years i have lived with boyfriend, had his 2 children, he was main support financially. now he has moved out, i have no job and no way of providing for my children. is he responsible for anything?. any support? i depended on him for 9 yrs as he requested, now i have nothing.

Boyfriend has no support responsibility

for you but he most certainly does have such support responsibilty for the two children. Accordingly, you should file your petition for child support in your local J&DRDC forthwith.
