Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My father got custody of my kids in virginia,dss removed them and put them in foster care in maryland. eventually maryland gave me custody back. now the gal wants custody returned to my father. he lost them due to sexual abuse towards my oldest daughter. who has custody?

If Maryland returned custody of these children to you(and there have been no further custody orders in the case), it would appear then that custody remains with you.
