Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Father Exposing children to porn

I divorced my exhusband 8 years ago, in part because of his pornography addiction. I never have had any evidence that he was exposing our 3 daughters to this until now. He passed down his laptop computer to our 17yr old and found evidence of nude pics of him and he is still using this laptop to access porn sites. Do I delete this or what do I do? and He hasn't paid child expenses in a year

Re: Father Exposing children to porn

Your husband's obligation to pay child support(and apparent failure to do so) is an issue separate and apart from the matter of his apparent engrossment with pornography and willingness to expose his children to these offensive materials.

Nevertheless, his child support enforcement obligation should be enforced as a matter that is simply in the best interests of the children. As to the other issue, more information and thought is likely required with respect to this particular matter before a worthy recommendation might be credibly offered as to how you might best address it.
