Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

help......

my father sued for custody of my 3 kids....now my husband has jumped on his wagon even tho we have been sep. 2 years, and he sexually molested our oldest daughter. they say because i live with mt g/f (lesbian) I am unfit. guardian ad litem is trying to make her move out and she is the only means of support for all 5 of us. if she moves, the kids will be without. can any of this legally occur? (by the way, my husband is bisexual himself) can they take my kids because I'm gay?

Re: help......

Under Virginia law, your sexual orientation is not a bar to your maintaining custody of your children. Your lifestyle can be, and you are in a dificult situation.
