what does a father need to win custody

my soon to be ex-wife has decided to fight for custody shes phsycotic and has does nothing but make everything worse for my daughter i want full cuatody of her and need to know how to win what are my rigths and what do i need to prove

You need to prove by a preponderance of the evidence in a formal hearing before a court of proper jurisdiction that the mother is basically unfit to parent the child and that the child's best interests would be best served if the court were to award you sole legal and physical custody.
