Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My fiance has a total of 9 other kids not including our two which makes it 11 and I have one on the way. What is there a law in Virginia for multiple children and having to pay support for all these kids? He is really struggling and wanted to know. I know its a bit much but hey at least all of them are not under one roof...

law says such duty is terminated.
