my fiance's hidden kid.. and abortion...

im 18 and my bf, also is my fiance is 25. we been dating almost 2 years now and we lived together for more than year. when we first started going out i just turned 17 at the time and my parents had problem with him but we promised a marriage so both of our parents knew about it and there were fine with it. (it was very seriously relationship consider marriage.) i was 6 weeks pregnant by him and had abortion 3 days ago. at first we were gonna get married next week and have the baby and everything but his mom and he didnt want the baby and threaten me they will take the baby away from me and not let me see him/her if i keep the baby and threaten me and my family they will get us kicked out of US (i have student visa with no social #) and forced me to get abortion. my bf's mom is friends with the doctor and they paid and everything. (my boyfriends mom is rich business owner so i was scared) im going through post abortion depression and having very difficult time. and i found out last night that my bf has a 4years old daughter in other state living with his ex that i never knew about.. i feel like they forced me to get abortion because of this hidden kid and im trying to find out is there anyway i can take them to court for anything?

You're apparently an adult now (at least in the eyes of the law) and consequently have to be adjudged responsible for your own actions (and who you allow yourself to associate with), and, therefore, I would say no, not very likely in answer to your last question.
