can my husband kick me and my son out of the house just because he don't want me going somewhere with my sister for the day we will be gone about 10 hours

my name is not on the deed we have been married for 3 year's he just don't like my sister

No, as your husband's wife you have a legal right to be in the marital home with your child (whether you're on the deed or not).
