Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am trying to file for a no contest no default divorce. My husband and I have not been together in alomost five years. I realize I cannot file without a lawyer but why do I have to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees by myself? Is there a cheaper way of doing this without feeling like I was screwed in my marriage and now Im screwed trying to get out of it?

I suggest that you arrange for a consultation with an attorney

who handles Virginia domestic relations matters and who

after reviewing the facts of your particular case should be

able to advise you as to the feasibility of your representing

yourself or whether you would be better advised to retain the

services of counsel to represent you in the matter.
