What can you do if you have filed for divorce from an abusive spouse who is in the military and refuses to show up to the appointed court dates?

Not much, if the soldier has filed for relief under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act with the court handling the matter (assuming that he's been deployed somewhere outside of the U.S. and cannot be expected to appear until his deployment ends and he returns stateside).
