I filed for divorce in June 2010. I had sex several times with my soon to be ex. He says now he is gonna tell his lawyer and the divorce will be void. Is this true?

Assuming that the divorce has yet to be finalized, that could be a possibility

(rrespective of whether the grounds are no fault or fault based).
