Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

We filed our separation in Virginia, then my husband moved back to Arizona, where he's from and where we formally lived together. I'm still in Virginia. However, he filed for divorce in Arizona. He said he was going to file in Virginia. The decree states that he is representing his self with the help of a PC...I don't know what that is! I took the papers to a Virginia lawyer to just look over them and there wasn't much he could do for me because he's not licensed in AZ and is not familiar with AZ divorce laws. I just don't know who to ask for help! Isn't this a venue conflict? Thank you.

If your husband recently moved back to Arizona from Virginia, the divorce paperwork which he filed

in Arizona may not be in compliance with the residency requirement laws of that state and could therefore be

subject to challenge and dismissal.
