if you are filing your own divorce papers and neither party has a laywer how would you do an deposition..

Depositions should be left to lawyers, and if your case is such that these may be required, it quite likely signifies that your divorce is probably too complicated for you to handle pro se and that you should consequently retain counsel to represent you.
