Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am filipina, been married to a white/American citizen guy in the Philippines. I am a permanent resident/ green card holder.We have been married for almost five years. He kicked me out in our apartment because I refused to give him my paycheck. He took everything but my clothes. Now, he is begging for me to come back to him, I dont want it anymore. I want a divorce but he doesn't. Is there any reason he can deport me because I dont want to be with him anymore?
