Financial Advice

I was weary about marrying my husband because he has a signifcant amount of assests as compared to me having none since I wasn't finished with school.

He has a home and I was wondering if my name should be on the deed? Is this the best thing to do? I could not currently afford to keep the home if he was to pass away.
