My father and Aunt started a business. Upon his death are his siblings entited to anything monentary?

Your father's surviving spouse and/or offspring, if any, would likely inherit anything left in his estate after the bills were paid, before any of his siblings, whether under any will which your father left or under the laws of intestate succession.

At his death his interest in the business would fall into his estate and be distributed per his will. If there was no will the interest would be divided pursuant to the laws of intestacy. I suggest that you consult an attorney to advise you as to your right--if any--to such interest.
