Financial Infidelity

My wife has committed financial infidelity. I am trying to salvage my marriage (I have a 9 yr stepchild), but also trying to protect myself from any further debt. What can I do?

Financial infidelity, you claim---attributable to your spouse. I am unaware of any such cause of action or crime described either in the Civil or Criminal Code of Virgina.

Not sure I understand your question. I assume you want to separate your accounts and property and maybe even do a post-nuptial agreement? Short of divorce, there may be no other ways to protect yourself from this cheatin' monetary heart.
