finding a lawyer to represent in dss lawsuit
falsely accused in melestation of my kids
Case description: faslely accused of sexual abuse of my kids ages 1/3/6 yrs old. det. says cold case no charges, p.o issued no evidence and case is inactive. wife had kids then dss worker took kids from her to her mother and then 2 of my kids are in nj with her dad and 1 in va where i reside with a temp custody order with out us being there (me and wife). wife has been told by s.w to leave state and divorce me if she is ever to get custody back, s.w says she has audio of kids saying abuse but will not release to us. abuse and neglect dismissed in court, parental rights taken away, interviewed children with out me or wife present, the s.w uses her personal opinion as evidence and the jugde uses it. and much more.. Im looking to see about a attorney that can get this over with and help get kids back to me and wife, as well as if we can sue social services in va over this. Thnks for your time.

Chances of suing social services are low.

Can't evaluate your case without seeing court records. Is there a court case? What do the orders say?
