Total of 45 days stay with me until her green card arrived.

, I bought her a round trip ticket for 7 days with her return date of July 13, 2007. I am a victim of stupidly and green card scammers. I divorced her back in Iran and also I sent letter to USCIS and US Embassy. I have all paper work. I divorced her in Iran. Is Foreign divorce is excepted by US court''

After a year she is served me with Divorce paper ....

Given the facts of my case as I have presented them to you, what do you believe is the best, reasonable outcome that I can expect to get from the divorce?

Re: Is Foreign divorce is excepted by US court''

Yes, foreign divorces(like marriages) are accepted in the United States, if they're carried out in conformity with the laws of the foreign nation or state in which they occur.

If you've already divorced this woman in Iran(assuming it conformed with Iranian laws regarding divorce), then you should respond to the U.S. divorce papers with which you've been served by stating that the parties have already been divorced in Iran and attach a copy of the Iranian divorce decree or related papers and send them all back to the court from whence they issued.
