Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Is forgery allowed in a marriage?
If two people are married,in accordance to Virginia law, does the wife have the right to sign her husband's name to any documents and vice versa, even if the husband has told her that she does not have the right to do so?

No, the wife has no such right unless the husband has given her permission to do so.

No person has the legal right to comit forgery which would be the UNWANTED use of someone's name by signature. Marriage confers no special permission.
Good luck.
