Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I just found out that my husband had cheated on me for 4 months prior to our wedding. I gave him the chance to come clean and tell me anything he needed to before we got married. He lied and didnt tell me. well we have been married for almost 2 months when i found out. this isnt the first time that he has cheated. i married him upon the verbal agreement that there was nothing else he needed to come clean about and that this would be our "fresh start". Is being lied to about this and breaking our agreement enough for an annulment? what is the time frame? I know that cheating probably isnt a good enough reason in VA to get an annulment but we were married under false pretenses. Please help.

No, most unlikely,( in my opinion) particularly if you've engaged in sexual relations
since learning of this disturbing news which could give rise to the legal doctrine known
as condonation, i.e., treating the fact of the offense as if it had not ever occurred.
