Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My friend has recently filed for divorce but her husband has not yet been served. He recently insisted on moving back into their home and has been sleeping in the garage. He today said he would be sleeping in his own (wife's) bed very shortly again. Does she have any legal action she can take to prevent this from happening? She is very afraid of him. He is an admitted porn addict and is behaving very methodically. Please, Please help in any way!

In this situation, as part of any pendente filing subsequent to the complaint(for divorce), your friend's attorney should be asking that the court award her the right of sole occupancy of the marital home and that the husband be barred from entering the premises.
