Full custody not married male

I have full custody of my child the mother an I where never married I won in juniville ct an circet ct on appeal by her my question we have been talking we might be getting back together if she moves back in or we get married an it does not work out will that put me back in court over custody.Or are their papers you can sign before . Thanks

Your court order for "full custody" will remain valid until changed by the court. The mother, however, can continue to file challenges to your

right of custody, assuming there are at least some legal grounds for her to do so, and there are no prenuptial-type or other papers that you could have her sign that would cut off that right,unless it was her consent to terminate her parental rights.
