Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need to know what's most full proof way to getting permanent custody of a child. I have had guardianship of the child before. Child has told us of physical abuse that goes on at home, as well informing us that marks that are left from the abuse. Child has also said "I don't feel safe or cared for." The parents are alcoholics. Is the information that I have enough for CPS to be able to take the child immediately? If not, what proof do we need to have?

You could file your complaint for the alleged abuse on the local CPS

hotline in order to allow them to investigate the matter and then see

what happens. (However, without an investigation and verification of your claims, there is no way that the CPS would be taking the subject child immediatedly.)
