furniture
my ex-husband of 8 years, came into our lives had me throw out all our furniture and replaced it all with new. I have all reciepts and paper work . He is now trying to take all of it back. Can he legally do this?

Not too likely, if you have the receipts which support your claim for sole ownership of this furniture and your divorce has already been finalized, presumably with property claims of the parties disposed of.
