my girlfriend is pregnant, if she decides not to put me down as father on the birth certificate, what rights do i have to order a paternity test?

You would have the right under Va. Code Sec. 20-40.10 to petition the appropriate court to order a paternity test to determine whether or not you're the father of the child at issue.
