Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My girlfriend is currently in the 7th month of her seperation before finalized divorce. I support her and her children, such as bills, food, clothes, toys, trips etc. Will she be penalized in court, or better yet would she be looked at differently apon the court if i were to actually move in with her. She has her children split time with their father. The issue is he is threating to take her for full custody if I am around the girls. Her daughter love me to death and even beg to see me......Please help me in getting a lil understanding in this. Thanks.

Your moving into this woman'a home before her divorce can be finalized could possibly have an adverse effect on her efforts to secure full custody of these children(in my opinion).
