Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My girlfriend's old stepdad was kind of abusive so then her mom got a divorce from him. Since that divorce her stepdad has done nothing but harrass her. He has been trying to bring up cases against her family in court but failing miserably. All she wants is for him to leave her family alone. I really want to help her family and stop her stepdad from causing any problems is there any way we can solve this problem legally in court?

Your girlfriend may want to arrange for a consultation with a local attorney to discuss this situation to determine what, if anything, might be done to cause her "old stepdad" to cease and desist from his harassing behaviour.
