Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

does my Girlfriend's uncle have a harassment case against me?

My girlfriend is 19 and I am 17. We are in a long distance relationship. Her uncle is her landlord. I have not threatened him in any way, but he has threatened me with the police. I live in Virginia and they live in Rhode Island. My girlfriend and I have not done anything illegal, we have just talked. I believe he does not have a case and that I charge him with harassment as well as threatening and two counts of invasion of privacy, due to his reading of my texts to my girlfriend and his replying to them with her cell phone.

Your claim(s) against the uncle = 0

Total = 0
