good father fighting for court ordered visitation

Ex wife continues to deny visitation. I was awared joint custody, with liberl visitation. I get to see my son 4 days a month. Half of that time she plans stuff for him to do. She will tell me no I cant have him, and tell my son, I'm sorry your father cant spend more time with you. I've taken her to court, had a bad attorny. I have 11 months documentation of denied visitation. Help..I dont know what to do. He is 10.

You need to go back to court to enforce your visitation rights. Depending on the history here, you may have to ask for a rule, i.e., requiring her to show casue why she should not be held in comtempt. If you are unhappy with your last attorney see someone else. Don't just sit on your hands. Things usually don't get better in these situations.
