Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Grandparents Rights

In the state of Virginia, is there a such thing as Grandparent--name removed--Rights? I have heard that there was no such thing in Virginia, and then I have heard that there is but it only occurs if there is a divorce or if one of the parents die, and the other parent tries to keep the grandparents away.
