Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been granted a divorce order based on a 1 year separation in Virginia. My ex-wife refused to join in a separation agreement, arbitration, or property division. She has a temporary spousal support order from Juvenile/Domestic Relations. 1. Given the Circuit Court divorce decree, is that support order still valid. 2. Can my wife still modify the JD&R temp order or does she need to take it to the Circuit.

Depends on what your divorce decree says. Have a qualified attorney look at it.
