If we have a guardian of litaem for a child but have not met her or have not gotten a packet can I still get my child based on the court order visit that was set up before hand

offer an opinion on it.

FYI, a court order establishing a G.A.L. status normally doesn't establish

a right to custody of the subject child (if that's what you have in mind).
