how can I get guardianship of my 93 yr old grandma who has dementia?

You could fille a petition for the guardianship in your local J&DR;Court. (The clerk will have the necessary papers for you to fill out at the court.)

It may be, however, that due to the dementia and apparent inability of your grandmother to handle any of her financial affairs that she should

have a conservator acting in her behalf.

Disregard the advice regarding the J&DR;Court; the petition for guardianship must be filed in the circuit court.
