Hace a question over adoption in the United Kingdom mother willing to sign papers to give baby in adoption she is leaving in a refuge by the church with baby church offered to help with paper work and attorney only requested me to pay for birth certificated and court cost and passport need advise about this could this be possible please advice me

Until you can clarify exactly where this adoption is to take place, i.e., the

U.K. or the Commonwealth of Virginia, I don't see how this question

could be answerable in this forum. (It would also be helpful to understand

precisely as to what your status may be in the case.)
